The Copper Lodge
The Copper Lodge, Different. From the ground up… Given our demographics and the tremendous amount of tourism we see, the development niche as a whole (in Sevier County) is positioned to be part of an outstanding opportunity to spread consumer awareness for alternative building methods and environmentally friendly products (“Green”). Many of these alternatives are tried and true and they offer major benefits to the wellbeing of people and the planet. We believe many of the people that visit our area will take with them the ideas they’ve seen at The Copper Lodge and the cottages/cabins there and try to incorporate them into there own homes and communities. This is networking at its finest and it’s encouraging people to eliminate a tremendous amount of toxic items in their homes and communities. That’s worth getting excited about. We’re encouraged and committed to exploring any avenues that might lead to a healthier way of building and living. The potential to “pour over” to other developments is tremendous and highly anticipated. We hope to raise the bar in all areas of development and be part of a newer way of thinking in the building and development industry. We realize that profits will be lessoned tremendously but the outcome will far exceed any monetary losses by leaps and bounds.
