Property and Our Area Economy
While many areas across the nation have been blind-sided by the real estate bubble bursting, our area still remains solid. This is not to say we are impervious to what's going on in the market, but it's important to understand how unique our area is in comparison to most others. We have felt some of the softness but nothing compared to many other states. We are (after-all) the most visited national park in the nation and we are within a short drive from most of the United States. Our area is very family oriented, retirement friendly, and taxes are on our side! These things combined make for a stronger and more resilient real estate market. We honestly believe our area will be the last to feel the wave, feel it the least, and more importantly, one of the first to recover during economic shakes. We've seen it during times of war, recessions and market crashes... When the economy is bad, our economy is good. When the economy is good, our area is GREAT! The market has softened enough to get involved in some great cabins. Many of these properties are well capable of paying for themselves or at least coming close. So, if you've ever dreamed of owning a cabin in our area, we'd encourage you to jump aboard– now! We're delighted to bring to you a "Short-List" of outstanding cabins in our area. Instead of being overwhelmed with a publication that over hypes several hundred homes, we limit our list to the absolute "Best Of the Best" opportunities to own a cabin in our area. Each agent will showcase only five homes per cycle and each home will provide thorough information. This system will "cut through chase" and show you the best of the best. In a hurry and need to just find a great cabin quick? Here's a quick link to the best of the best cabins!
